It is difficult to track real estate sales in Belvidere as there are very few properties sold in any given year.  In 2006 there were two residential properties sold, in 2007 three sales occurred.  For the most part properties sell for less in Belividere than the rest of the county.  This is most likely due to it's remoteness.

Belvidere is actually a good location in relation to skiing being approx. 30 minutes from both Smugglers Notch and Jay Peak areas.  It is also within striking distance of Burlington being about an hour away.  It is a pretty area being set in a valley with the North Branch of the Lamoille river running down the middle and mountain views all around.
