You should shop around for a lender early in the buying process.  Ideally you will get preapproved prior to looking for a property.  Any of the lenders below can work with you to evaluate your financial situation and provide you with a preapproval letter which you will need at the time of your offer on a property.  Once you have a contract, the lender of your choice will start the processing of your loan.
