*Year to Date Figures
Looking closer at the recent residential market in Stowe the table below compares sales for the six months up to the end of December with the same time period from a year ago. The figures would suggest that the market has stayed pretty consistent. The average price is quite a bit higher but the high selling point of the most expensive property bumped that up considerably. We think that these numbers indicate that buyers who have considerable funds have not been affected by the national real estate slowdown.
