Waterbury, and Waterbury Center, straddle Interstate 89 and are often considered the gateway to Stowe. Waterbury is well situated for commuting to either Burlington or Montpelier. You can also easily get to three ski areas, Sugarbush, Stowe, and Bolton Valley.
